DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement is established electronically between the SELLER, whose details are provided below, and the BUYER, who shops on the Lunamora website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the relevant Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the sale, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, return procedures, and the determination of the mutual rights and obligations of the parties for the product or products ordered electronically by the BUYER via the Lunamora website.

3. PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION

The name, model, quantity, basic features, sales price, total price including VAT, any discounts, and delivery information of the purchased product are displayed to the BUYER on the product and payment pages during the order process.

The BUYER declares that they have reviewed and accepted the basic features of the product, the total sales price, and the relevant conditions before confirming the order.

4. PAYMENT

The BUYER makes payment using one of the payment methods offered on the website during the order process.

After the payment process is successfully completed, the order is processed.

5. DELIVERY

Orders are sent to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order process.
After orders are handed over to the cargo company, the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery region and the working conditions of the cargo company.

The seller is obliged to fulfill the order within the committed period. As per the legislation, for the sale of goods, this period cannot exceed 30 days in any case, unless otherwise agreed.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER of their decision in writing or via a permanent data carrier within the 14-day period.

Requests for withdrawal and return can be communicated through Lunamora's communication channels.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the legislation, return procedures will be carried out in accordance with Lunamora's Return and Refund Policy and the current consumer legislation.

The returned product must not be damaged beyond ordinary use.

Refunds made under the right of withdrawal will be processed within the periods specified in the legislation and in accordance with the payment method used by the BUYER during purchase.

8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products where its use is not permitted by legislation.
Especially for products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the packaging, tape, seal, or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery.

In this context, if the protective packaging or seal of products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, such as earrings, has been opened, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Products specially prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs may also be among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal within the scope of the relevant legislation.

9. DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If the product received by the BUYER is damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, the BUYER must contact Lunamora.
After evaluating the condition of the product, the necessary action will be taken in accordance with the relevant consumer legislation.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Detailed information regarding shipping and delivery is explained on the Shipping and Delivery page of the Lunamora website.
The SELLER is responsible for any loss or damage that may occur until the delivery of the order, except for the exceptions specified in the legislation.

11. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes arising from this agreement, the BUYER may apply to authorized Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the scope of current legislation.

12. EFFECTIVENESS

The BUYER acknowledges that by completing their order, they have become aware of the basic features of the product, sales price, payment and delivery conditions, right of withdrawal, and other preliminary information, and that they have given the necessary approval electronically.

This Distance Sales Agreement comes into effect between the parties upon the BUYER's electronic approval of the order.
